WHERE DO I PARK?
Orleans Arena offers free on-site parking at The Orleans Hotel & Casino, with overflow lots nearby. Rideshare drop-off is at the main arena entrance. Arrive early on event night — lots fill fast.
WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN?
Fan Fest opens in the afternoon and arena doors open approximately 90 minutes before kickoff. Exact times will be emailed to ticket holders and posted here closer to the event.
WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?
Small clutches and clear bags up to arena-approved dimensions are permitted. Backpacks and large bags are not allowed. All bags are subject to search at entry.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
All sales are final. If the event is postponed, your tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date, and refund windows will be announced through the ticketing provider.
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH VIP?
VIP includes premium lower-bowl seating, early entry through a dedicated lane, an exclusive event merch item, VIP lounge access at Fan Fest, and meet & greet opportunities depending on the final line-up.
WHAT IS THE WATCH PARTY?
